Cleveland, Ohio 44115-1075 Re: Claimant Claim No Dear Tony: 888596-22 REDACTED We had previously discussed further handling of the referenced claim in light of the decision of the industrial Commission received by us in the first part of January, 1987. The decision modifies the previous allowance by the Dayton Regional Board to the extent that coronary insufficiency is not an allowed condition in the claim. However, the claim has been allowed for bronchial asthma aggravating a pre-existing angina pectoris. As we had discussed, the allowance of angina pectoris can create problems in the future regarding claimant's non industrial heart condition. I do not know what, if any, progress has been made in an attempt to settle this claim with Dennis Miller. I assume that nothing has been accomplished in that direction. If you wish to appeal the decision of the Industrial Commission to court, we must do so within 60 days of the receipt of the order of the Industrial Commission, which would take us to March 6, 1987.
