F. Goodrich in La Porte Texas is a product and not a hazardous waste, and thus does not fall under th jurisdiction of the Louisiana Hazardous Waste Regulations (LHWR). I encourage you t contact the Texas Water Commission to determine the regulatory status of thi material under the State of Texas' regulations.
