W.O. #45825 to Install Isolation valves on EC-1 and EC-11 spheres and on EC pumps P-19 and P-20 have been completed and tested. Reference Drawing 65A-76143.5 This system Is complete except for external wiring connected to points 15 and 16. (see lines 153 and 154). Routing of this a-iarm 1 to VCM-II UJR-6803B is presently being decided by Engineering. 2. Refer to minutes of meeting of February 10, 1983 (see enclosed copy)* The box referred to in Question #3 has been modified to all enclosed plug-in type relays. Drawing #65A-76l45.1 has been red-lined and submitted to Engineering for redrawing. 3. Ther switches referred to in" Question #4*have- been- installed-. a. The switches on the old Ship Dock have been el Iminated-and new* ones have been Installed on a prominently marked panel outside the gate on the Dock. tr. The switches at the EC/Barge Loading Dock (D Dock) have beenparalleled and mounted on a similar panel outside the gate. Note an additional switch to close ail EC Isolation valves has been included on this panel. 4- . The time delay relay referred to in Question #5 has been added. The relay has been set to 9 minutes delay and the knobs have been removed and access holes- have been plugged to avoid tampering with this setting. 5- The vapor detector terminal box located in back of the pump pad has not as yet been replaced as was advised In Question #T. However, the work order has been written. Jimmy Wallace has. advised me that he has the materials available and W.O. #308254- will be scheduled in the next few days to complete the upgrade of this system. ^02 4^0 Revisions to EC/VC Dock Loading Shutdown System 6. All the pneumatic lines on the VC sphere have been replaced as advised in Quest ion #6. 7. I personally will check upon completion of W.O. #30825^ to make sure that all drawings affected by any of these changes are placed in proper hands to get necessary updates on the prints.
