Mr. Botsford is Secretary of the Standard Oil Foundation. This is the same man that I had previously suggested that you write. I discussed this with Dr. Ceilings and he concurs that it would be best for you to write directly to Mr. Botsford rather than going through the Medical De partment. I believe Gil had mentioned this to our board member on a previous occasion and it was his feeling at that time that this was the best way for such to be handled.
