Attached are data collected February 4, 5 and 14 around the proposed regulated area perimeter. Operating conditions were as follows:

Sampling sites are Indicated on attached maps. Red circles Indicate action levels. Blue circles indicate levels above permissible concentration.
As a trend, limited data suggest regulated areas are drawn reasonably. Action levels will Include the blocks adjacent and downwind of regulatedareas. We reconrnend that "action level areas" be designated to Include blocks adjacent to regulated areas without regard to wind direction for purposes of determining who will be monitored and have medical surveillance, at least, until better control Is realized.
