HON-covered facility at 2468 Industrial Parkway, Calvert City, Kentucky 42029, as requested by U.S. EPA of the regulated community. As explained in greater detail in the attached letter, Westlake is seeking a Presidential Exemption under the New Source Performance Standards for the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry and Group I & II Polymers and Resins. See 89 FR 42932; May 16, 2024 (HON rule).
