Insulation of Heaters Your Proposal February 12 Gentlemen: We have reviewed your proposal and list below our comments and items for clarification. Please check and advise promptly. This item is difficult to understand. We would prefer that you state, that with reasonable notice you are in a position to begin the Job. When the job has begun, you will be allowed to complete both heaters without work stoppage due to erection schedule. If your proposal is based on a required sequence, please define. We could not say at this time that If you determined to begin one heater on a specific day that you could do the same work or other work on the other heater the next day. The starting date and sequence of work will have to be scheduled after delivery of steelwork. You can be sure of one thing. Southwestern will do everything possible to have the Insulation crew in and out as soon as possible. i; 5- If bulk Haydite is used, you must furnish a storage bin at Job site lined or so constructed to prevent loss of "fines". Also the Haydite must be moistened 24 hours before using. ZL 6 Standard paper bags OK for Vermiculite. Protection is your responsibility. (1 7.
