Accordingly, with the exception of the meeting agenda and NACAA's financial statements (for the business meeting), we will not provide attendees with hard copies of the meeting materials. Instead, we are making all materials available on the Internet at http://4cleanair.org/2018 NACAA Spring Meeting Materials. This dedicated webpage provides you the opportunity to download the materials to your laptop in advance for viewing during the meeting (or, if you wish, to print them and bring them with you to the meeting). These materials include: The meeting agenda The meeting attendees list All speaker presentations that have been submitted to us to date Other relevant meeting materials We will continue to post speaker presentations as we receive them. The NACAA hospitality suite will be in Room 224 of the Westin Chattanooga. The hospitality suite will open at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday for Board Members and others arriving that day (including your guests). On Sunday it will open at 2:00 p.m. and remain open throughout the remainder of the day and evening. NACAA has negotiated complimentary wireless internet in the guestrooms and meeting space.
