Now we need to update that table and the state has asked that we provide separate numbers for total particulate and C-8 emissions, both permitted and actual. For the large process vents, some contain polymer dust as well as C-8 and some contain only C-8. Please see the attached file for the numbers I used for permitted and "actual" C-8 emissions. Please reply to tell me whether the total amount of particulate is equal to or higher than the C-8 amounts listed. If higher, please supply the totals.
