This card should be used by all persons making reservations for th Vinyl Chloride Safety Association meeting which has been scheduled for October first and second. Rooms should be booked for September 30 and October 1. The hotel is holding a block of rooms for the association until August 15. The rates for the rooms are $70.00 per day, single or double occupancy, with a 15% tax and a $3.50 per day, per person, gratuity. Please feel free to copy the reservation card as needed.
