The Committee authorized the renewal or extension of the Company's outstanding loan of $4,000,000.00 from The Chase Manhattan Bank for an additional period of thirty days from July 15, 1966, at an interest rate of 5 3/4% per annum. The Committee ratified and approved the investment made during the week ended July 11, 1966, as set forth in the list attached to and made a part of these minutes.
