As you will notice, there are two areas not thoroughly tested: 1) Area one is by the Control Room end of Cells 1-8 where the I-beams were covered with pipe and there were only a couple of places to check. 2) Area two is on the warehouse side of the Hydrogen Unit where Emmett Irwin asked us not to test because of the danger of a hydrogen fire.
