Cinpathogen Contract & University of Colorado Grant Reviews INFORMATION: API updated BHRC on status of contract and grant. Cinpathogen contract: Contract has been sent to Cinpathogen. University of Colorado grant: Grant has been sent to Colorado. ACTION: API will inform BHRC of progress of getting contract and grant executed. 2. SRP/ERP Call Update DECISION: Approved Technical Committee working with Dr. Jerry Rice and API to identify and contract a QA expert to replace Dr. Judy Baldwin, who resigned for health reasons. ACTION: Stuart Cagen will contact Dr Jerry Rice to notify him that the BHRC approves in concept a meeting between the Pis and the SRP/ERP. BHRC requests a proposal for funding the event. Cinpathogen Business Plan Proposal ACTION: API: Develop list of questions for Dr. Irons ACTION: Jennifer Galvin to request that SRP consider the question of disposition of the tissues in the tissue bank. 2. ACTION: API requested to develop draft Cinpathogen contract by May 16. 4. ACTION: API requested to provide Q107 financial report by end of May 07. 5.
