I may say in all sincerity that these bulletins are not likely to be of ouch practical benefit to the Ethyl Corporation, since our activities as an industry, in this field are rather a pattern to shoot at. Ori the other hand, I have a number of very good reasons for wanting to keep a rather close check on bulletins of one kind or another that are issued by industrial and governmental agencies. Therefore, I would be glad to see these bulletins from time to time, and if you vth me to, I can return any of them to you after having examined them. If, on the other hand, you intend to request the Association to send its bulletins to me for my own use, I should be very pleased to have them.
