The following is for your information: 1. Name and address of owner: J-M A/C Pipe Corporation, 1051 Sperry Road, Stockton, CA 95206 2. Description of the facility: The factory was built for and used for the manufacture of asbestos-cement pipes. The operation will be shut down permanently at the end of May, 1988. All related manufacturing equipments will be dismantled and removed from the plant. Production began in 1958. The floor space area of A/C operation is 116,800 sq.ft. 3. Nature of planned demolition/renovation and method to be used: Physical dismantling of manufacturing equipments. The dismantled equipments will then be packaged and shipped out of the country. 7. Procedures to be used: Will follow all procedures set by EPA and OSHA. In-house supervision will be provided to see that proper procedures are followed. 8. Name and location of the waste disposal site: On site waste disposal with permits to operate from governmental authority.
