Barclay for damages incurred at his farm near Fountain City, Indiana, which damages occurred as the result of PCB (polychlorinated biphenol) contamination of silage on his farm. As a' result of the above mentioned contamination, Mr. Barclay will be forced to destroy silage, a silo, and, has sustained substantial loss to his milk production as well as the loss of a portion of his dairy herd. The source of the contamination in Mr. Barclay's silo has been determined to be a product manufactured and sold by Monsanto under the trade name of Cumar. .
