CONCLUSIONS
There were no statisticaslilgynificanetffectson survivalr, eproductionor growth ofmysid shrimp exposed topotassium perfluorooctanesulfonaatte concentrations< 0.25 mg/L for35 days. Reproduction, lengthand dry weightwere the most sensitivebiologicaelndpointsinthisstudy. Second generationmysids exposed to PFOS duringa static96-hourexposure showed no adverse effects.

Four replicatteestchambers willbe used foreach ftabnent and controlgroup, and each testchamber willcontainone compartment holding15 mysids.
