Greetings,
The next meeting of the Reg Reference Group will be on Monday, June 25, from noon to 1:30 PM. The meeting will take place at the American Action Forum (1747 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Fifth Floor). At this meeting we will more closely examine regulatory trends to this point in the Trump Administration. Our agenda includes presentations from:
The Mercatus Center at George Mason University, presenting research focused on quantifying the stock and flow of federal regulations in 2017;
The George Washington University Regulatory Studies Center, featuring research on federal agency spending and personnel devoted to developing, administering and enforcing regulation (the Regulators' Budget);
The American Action Forum, discussing a progress report on how executive agencies are meeting their regulatory cost caps set by the Office of Management and Budget.
Lunch will be provided. After the program, please share any announcements, publications, events, or other items of interest with the group.
Please RSVP for this event by 5:00 PM on Thursday, June 21, to Dan Bosch (dbosch@americanactionforum.org).
Sincerely,
The Organizers
