I am not sure when the abatement at the PowerHouse will be concluded. Skip will need to go over to the Powerhouse and speak with the abatement contractor at the Powerhouse and get a date from them. I anticipate that they will be finished about Wednesday or Thursday. Skip will need: 1. Call Buddy Swartz at the City and County Health (771-5801) and tell them of the change on the Notification. We were supposed to be done on April 10th. We must contact the City at least one day before we complete the project. 2. I've signed and completed the paperwork for the notification. He will need to add the date in which the abatement workers are done. This is circled on the form. Then Federal Express the form, address on the form itself to TDH at LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE. 3. Please make copies of the form before it is sent out. 4.
