Lee 3). I'osdick, of Chicago, for a thvcc'day survey of your plant in connection with the occupational health program being carried on by 3>r. Thecae F, Hancuso. His services arc? necessary to doterv.;ine exactly what further engineering studies are necessary and in what areas and as to which hazards. Dr. Hancuso, of course, has been ;'orking with your Personnel and Hedical Departments and has inspected most of the plant and feels that at this point, these additional professional services ure need ed. Mr. Fosdick is cn.incntly qualified, and it happens that he would be available to spend the three days of December 17, Id and 19, 1962, in your plant, lie would spend December 15, 1962, with Dr. Hancuso to obtain the background information, and would later submit reports to Dr. Hancuso on his findings.
