Wolfsle advising you that you are eligible to participate in the Executive Periodic Health Evaluation Examination Program. He reports that the examinations will be per formed by Executive Health Examiners and will be offered instead of the former Life Extension Examination. Dr. Wolfsle also advises me that examinations will be given by a select physician In Cleveland. If you are less satisfied than with the former physician, under Life Extension Examiners, then we should make our opinions known.
