1. Item 9 of the 4/7/76 minutes refers to the jets on Bldg. Ill not connected to the stack as West, but should be East jets. Connecting the East jets has been added to the project list as a proposal.
2. Bjorn reported to Fannin there is no money in his EA to move the B-121 VCM charge pumps outside. The discussion was that further pursuit is not needed.
3. The need for an area monitor in Bldg. 127 regulated area was discussed. An alternative may be full time mask use, but provision for levels over 100 PPM is still needed as lipe-fed masks are limited to 100 PPM or below. This item also is listed as a-proposed project.
4. The need to resurvey nonregulated areas of the plant for VCM levels was discussed and it was decided to reconsider after work in progress on venti lation and improvements is completed.
5. Mr. Geisen stated that pressure transmitters for the paste polys had been
denied, and further work would require additional justification. Engineering

6. 0. Dyche (Fultz) is to check on the progress of a test set up to relieve HRC units to the vent system. Engineering item 19.
7. Certain air valves in Bldg. 108 should be identified to guard against loss
of instrument/breathing air by wrong flow line up. 0. Dyche and J. D. Fannin

8. It was noted that the PVC Process Group was involved in a special assignment on quality problems so the status of several items remains unchanged.

Due to extra activities during the week of 5/5/76, the next meeting is scheduled for 5/12/76, South Main Conference Room, 10:00 A.M.
