I trust that you find many of your primary requests have been addressed. The quota system was strengthened significantly and new prohibitions in crucial areas such as air conditioning were added. Training is extended to all climate-friendly alternatives to ensure their safe use in the future, and a 20-year GWP metric has been added to the Annexes. As regards Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS), the relevant technical assessments and eventual policy measures are subject to on-going discussions under the REACH legislation.
