Regarding geothermal resources, while it is a source of renewable energy, the FS manages it under the minerals program, and we do so with the BLM|(b)(5);Deliberative Process Privilege Without being too detailed in the plan, the FS does not have its own geothermal regulations, rather we act under responsibilities given us in the BLM regulations.|(b)(5>-Deliberative Process Privilege |(b)(5);Deliberative Process Privilege I With respect to transmission and delivery infrastructure, they are authorized under the agency special use regulations and policy, which would be reviewed as part of the package in Section IV a and b.
