Hook up 2" flex hose from east filter to the 2" bleed on t-271 o/h line at the control loop. C. Put t-260 btms. To dv-272a thru e-272p. D. Pump t-271 empty to dv-275 thru the heel line. E. Hook up 1" flex hose to the d/s bleed on t-271 O/h c/I. F. Shutdown t-271 ejector and pressure up the tower with nitrogen to 35#. G. Blow tower btms. To dv-273a and o/hs to waste trailer. H. Isolate t-271. I. Open boil out valve. J. Hook up condensate at the u/s bleed on t-271 reflux c/I & start a flow. K. Hook up condensate at the t-271 recirculation c/I & start a flow. L. Tie flex hose at dv-273's to the big trailer. M. When level reaches 90%, start a btms pump on recirculation. Start steam to e270 & bring to a boil. N. Boil to the big trailer until t-271 btm's tod is less than 40,000. O. Open all bleeds & boil to the slab until stream is clear but no less than 8.0 hours, don't forget reflux. P. Blow N2 thru tower until all free water is removed but no more than two hours. Q.
