Watson Date July 9, 1982 Subject ANNUAL VOLUME RATES 514.3 VCM Attached is a copy of our report to the W.W.l.B. covering vinyl chloride shipments for the period beginning April 30, 1982 and ending May 30, 1982 to Aberdeen, Mississippi. Please review your records to be certain that we have included all shipments. All of the shipments listed on pages 5 and 6 from Pasadena, Texas to Aberdeen, Mississippi were incorrectly billed showing Shell as the shipper and, therefore, are not entitled to the low annual volume rates. Our request for corrected bills of lading on June 7, 1982 (copy attached) has gone unanswered to date. Failure to obtain corrected bills of lading which reflect Conoco as the shipper will result in additional freight charges of $3423. Also, attached is a summary of those shipments over the past six months which were either listed on the CSR Daily Shipping Report without freight bills being processed by this office, or freight bills were processed without the shipment being listed on the CSR Daily Shipping Report. Unless you advise us to the contrary, we will begin contacting the appropriate carriers starting 7/28/82 to request they submit billing for those shipments we do not show processing a freight bill for. Should you determine that this report needs to be corrected, please contact me immediately. Otherwise, we shall assume it is complete. b.
