Dear Has:
Bill Cibulas has notified me that the language for the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that I provided him on April 29 is satisfactory. Enclosed is a final MOU reflecting these changes. You will presumably wish to have this signed by the appropriate person at CMA and then submit two executed versions, along with the study plan, CVs, and protocol included with your letter of March 22 to Cibulas, to ATSDR. Enclosed is a cover letter that you may wish to use.
Please let me know if we can provide any further assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
Enclosures

Re: MOU for Vinvl Chloride
Dear Dr. Cibulas:
Thank you for your letter of April 24 indicating that the study plan and protocol for the combined inhalation two-generation reproduction and developmental toxicity study of vinyl chloride in CD rats we submitted on March 22 has been determined to be acceptable by the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR). Enclosed (in two executed versions) is the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the study as you requested.
We look forward to receiving an executed version of the MOU from you and thereafter to initiating the study.
Sincerely,
Enclosures cc: W. Caffey Norman, Esq.
