We agreed when the field test was undertaken, that it would be a cooperative venture; 3M supplying the #3520 monitors and Conoco Chemicals doing the testing (against vinyl chloride monomer) according to an agreed upon protocol. It was also agreed (verbally) that you (Conoco) would share the results of the test with 3M if legally possible. We would like very much to receive a copy of the results and we would like to use the data. However, understanding that you desire to maintain your records of personnel monitoring as confidential, we will agree not to identify the data in a manner that associates it with Conoco Chemicals Company or Conoco operations.
