Remarks: The testsample isFM-3820, a mixtureofthe testsubstance in diethyleneglycolbutyletherand water (approximatel2y4-28% test substance indiethyleneglycolbutyletherand water).Calculationswere made toadjusttestvaluesforthe upper limictoncentrationofthe test substance (28%) inthe testsample and no adjustmentwas made forthe presence ofthe diethyleneglycolbutyletheror water as noted below. Calculationsassumed thatalltoxicitwyas due tothe presence ofthe Perfluorooctanesulfonatseubstance.

The testsample containing28% Perfluorooctanesulfona(tuepper limit) exhibiteda 30-minuteEC50 forPhotobacteriumphosphoreum of >1000 mg/L. Ifyou assume alltoxicitoyfthe mixtureisdue to the Perfluorooctanesulfonatteh,e adjusted30-minuteEC50 value is>280 mg/L (1000 mg/L X 0.28).
