Table 5.4 on page 86 has the breakdown of manual versus automatic transmissions for every year. There is also some additional analysis on transmissions, including manuals, on pages 79-83.

Would you be able to send me, or point me to, the latest statistics on sales of manual vs. automatic cars. Also, any data for past years would be greatly appreciated.
