If 'the exposures at the working places are well within the allowable threshold limits then there is no problem. If the exposures are in excess of the maximum limits then package labelling and use of a pamphlet similar to the one suggested would be the next steps to be taken and I think that both of those steps, if the proposed research is unfavorable, should be taken at the same time._________ _____ I return herewith Mr. Howard's memo dated February 27 and the draft of the pamphlet of the Counoil of the Asbestos Cement Products Association.
