22 February 2023 17:02 AGC Autosampler
Hi
As discussed, we have a mechanical fault with our autosampler and have a temporary sampler set up to collect our 24 hour effluent sample. We still have inline pH and temperature monitoring and no abnormal operations so do not expect any abnormal results. We will let you know when our main autosampler is operational again.
Additionally, there was a missed 24-hour sample on 17/01/2023, this issue is not related to the mechanical fault described above and thought to be due to a power spike at the site (electrical fault at a substation in Penwortham, Preston). Effluent samples have been obtained since this date with no abnormal results. We'll complete a Part A / B form and send this across to cover this failure of equiptment on the 17/02/2023.
Kind regards,
AGC Chemicals Europe, Ltd.
