Hear Dr. Kehoe, Having re-read the correspondence concerning the visit 0|f Dr. Pavlovsky to the U.S.A, I find that in my letter of the 13th July, I960, I incorrectly advised you that both Dr. and Mrs. Pavlovsky will be arriving in Cincinnati from Hew York on the 18th August. This, as you may already be aware, is not so; Dr. Pavlovsky will be arriving on his own and thus hotel accommodation for the night of the 18th August will be required for one person only. You may also know that arrangements are in hand for Mrs. Pavlovsky to fly to the U.S.A. to meet Dr. Pavlovsky on his return from Japan and spend a few days with him in New York prior to returning to the Argentine. May I express my regret at any inconvenience I may have caused by the erroneous information in my letter of the 13th July.
