Re Lola J. Crader vs. Plant Rubber and Asbestos
Dear Mr. Sciaroni
It has been called to my attention that there is a typographical
error in the Compromise and Release
in this case The error involves a Plant Rubber and Asbestos Company
Agreements which I prepared
of contribution your client
You had originally authorized
a contribution on behalf of Plant Rubber and Asbestos of 1,040.00
After obtaining some contributions from new defendants I
reduced the amount of your contribution and the other major contributors I had intended the contribution of Plant Rubber
.
and
Asbestos to be 994.00 Instead the Compromise and Release
Agreements indicate 944.00 for your employer Trusting that you will have no objection to correction of this error I have authorized the Appeals Board to change the contribution of
Plant Rubber and Asbestos to 994.00 as originally indicated
1987
I hope that this does not cause any problems
