The agenda is posted on the SHS Update page. * The Technical Committee has scheduled a conference call for April 19th at 9 AM EDT. * The Communications Committee has scheduled a conference call for May 5th at 2 PM EDT. * Invitations to the SRP, ERP, and all BHRC Committee Members have been sent for the 2004 SHS Annual Meeting. BHRC-TC / Investigator Call Summary - March 2004 Update From Drs. Irons & Wong
* Studies operating within approved budget at this point in time * 26 hospitals now referring cases, including Shanghai Medical University #2 affiliate (7 more than initially planned) *
Approximately 786 cases referred to date, with 759 selected for clinical evaluation *
Fudan clinical laboratory currently operating at full capacity *
Progress facilitated by moving Analytic Chemistry support into clinical lab *
Preliminary diagnosis suggests 100 NHL, 70 AML total cases through 1Q04; case accrual rate slightly higher than predicted *
May need to expand recruitment beyond Shanghai to meet ME Phase 2 goals *
Significant improvement in Exposure Assessment triage as a result of reorganization of exposure personnel *
Exposure Assessment to be featured in mid-year report & Asilomar presentation *
Next Investigator calls scheduled April 26th (Wong) and May 3rd (Irons)
