Please find attached hereto a copy of the fully-executed Compromise and Release. We will now file the fully-executed Compromise and Release with the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. I also received a number of liens from the applicant's attorney and please find attached hereto a copy of my objection letter. In addition, I received from the applicant's attorney the permanent and stationary report by Dr. Towle of Wellington Medical Group dated January 9, 1992. Dr. Towle has found that the applicant has essentially recovered and is symptom free. He finds no impairments of the work functions and gives no diagnoses in Axis I or II. Dr. Towle concludes that the applicant has recuperated and regained her functioning. He finds that she is currently not disabled from a psychiatric point of view.
