The Poultry Federation has currently scheduled the 2018 Poultry Symposium for Production and Processing for April 17 - 18, 2018. This is an annual event for the poultry industry and we pull folks from AR, OK, MO and KS. We anticipate 500+ attendees and the meeting will have breakout education sessions for several poultry sectors. We will have a general session and would like to invite Administrator Pruitt to address the entire group as our keynote speaker. The audience will be poultry industry team members, including live production, processing, senior level managers as well as owners and CEO's. W e believe our industry has employees and contract farmers that are great stewards o f the environment and we would love to have Scott share his thoughts with us. The general session will be on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 around noon.
I know you are going to be out after the first o f the year so I wanted to get this to you early. I will send the full agenda as soon as it is ready and I am in hopes Scott's calendar will allow him to attend. Thank you!
