My dear Mr,Sanford: At the meeting o f the executive committee of the National safe ty Council a fee weeks ago i t was suggested th at there rai$xt be prepared fo r publication in the National Safety News a b rie f statement of measures which can be re lie d upon to protect the worker from dust hazards and abrasive pressure b lastin g and I was asked to prepare a preliminary d raft of such a statement, I enclose my attempt herewith.
