Crossman and Is survived by three children, William Parks, Jr., a student at Ohio Northern University; Mrs. Gretchen Elisabeth Robinson of Ada, Ohio; and Susan Jane, a student at Pennsylvania State ' University; and one grandchild. His home was In Murrysvtlle, Pennsylvania. "His services have extended to all member companies and he has always ' 'discharged responsibilities assigned to him with exceptional ability, rugged honesty, and fidelity to the welfare of this Foundation and to Industry. In his relationship with members, he has been an esteemed and valued personal friend and able bust* ness associate. . His humility, character and attractive personality won for him the respect and affectionate regard of all with whom he came In contact, and it may well be said of him that he devoted his life and talents to the protection against Illness of others and control and correction of industrial hazards to enable his fellow men to have batter and safer conditions under which to perform their dally tasks. Mr. Davison moved that the number of Trustees be set at 30. This motion was seconded and passed.
