On July 15, 2025, EPA Region 6 issued to Silver Recyling a Notice Letter outlining potential violations found during the December 11, 2024 inspection. On August 6, 2025, EPA met with Silver Recycling to discuss its response to the Notice Letter. Based on the information provided following this meeting, EPA has determined that no further action is required with respect to the potential RCRA violations at issue.
