earning the praise of the nine-states in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI)
power sector cap-and-trade program, which say the Old Dominion's plan shares many
common elements with the Northeast trading market.
Speaking of rules, producers of advanced and cellulosic biofuels are mounting a last- jditch push to persuade the Trump administration to mandate higher volumes of low- carbon cellulosic biofuels required under the renewable fuel standard than proposed.

major climate science report does not appear to have shifted its climate regulatory
policies or the views of key political nominees.
