MINUTES - PLANT MANAGER'S SAFETY BOARD June 20, 1975 To: Members of the Plant Manager's Safety Board Those Present: P. E. Brubaker, W. H. Lane, Ray Rosenberg, G. A. Danner, N. L. Marsh, G. T. Ryan, E. H. Jones, C. M. McCullough, J. G. Trafton, G. L. Stacy (for W. C. Fuller), G. W. Daues, C. L. Gilmore. Ray Rosenberg, reporting for SHAC, stated that all but one Hourly Unit/Craft Safety Representative have been elected. The program is progressing with the revised P-0100 and letter of explanation distributed, a meeting with superintendents scheduled for June 25 to answer questions on the function and activity of the Representatives, and the use of labeled hats for the represen tatives . The Board adjourned to the area north of the Fire Station for pictures with SHAC and the Hourly Safety Committee. The new logo board had been installed. Mike McCullough presented a concept of identifying potential loss producing incidents and using these, not only for correction, but for monitoring the progress of the safety effort.
