Vhen the seareh was completed we found that there ia no- disclosure of any patent or patent application in which Mr.H.C*^--;^'^ Gueeler was named as inventor, and we therefore made a further separate search through both patents and applications and also the Assignment indexes in this name. yo disclosures were found but posiibly Application jfb 5'; 3170/65 referred to on page 3 of the enclosed report is relevant where the inventor is named as H.C.G.H.ffuertler.
