Stacy, if I assume something like $1.0 min in 2007, $0.7 min in 2008 (just a guess on my part), then we might be able to absorb some of the $1 min if our Legal settlements turn out to be low (although this has been under-estimated 2 years in a row, it is very unpredictable), and for 2008 we could amend the budget in the next BP round. I can't think of any other logical way to get funding within RDS. I have contacted John's office and set up a 10 minute telecon on Monday at 11: 15 AM to get him briefed prior to his 4PM telecon with API. My thought is that I can give him the bottomline of the issues and where we stand pretty quickly and then he can have the slides to provide more understanding if needed. My challenge (and yours) is where to find the funding. We don't have it in our budgets. Any ideas? Phil - do you have extra funds for studies like this or have any ideas?
