While I recognize that you must be very busy and summer is upon us, I wanted to check in to see if my letter of interest and resume which Justice Wyrick initially forwarded to the transition committee and I subsequently forwarded to you in March is being considered by the administration. I can assure you that I remain keenly interested in serving the administration in their efforts to integrate a cooperative federalism approach within the agency, however, I have been extended private contracting opportunities starting in the fall for matters concerning e-discovery litigation support and I will need to provide a response by August 1, 2017. If you can provide me any insight as to whether I remain in consideration, it would be greatly appreciated.
