Tour of Vatican Library confirmed for June 7. Tour of Saint Peter's scheduled for June 8. Tour of Apostolic Palace confirmed . Awaiting specific date and time. Working on meeting with Cardinal Turkson for 7th or 8th. Optimistic. ~ ~ Working on dinner with Cardinal Pell , Secretary of the Economy. Optimistic.
We also will likely have a meeting with the individual who heads environment issues at the Secretary of State office. Finally, I have arranged for private morning Mass at Saint Peter's for June 7 and 8. Waiting to nail down date and time for visit with Pope's Press Secretary, Gregg Burke. Highest ranking lay American at Vatican . Will keep you apprised .

Thank you , Leonard . I would like to set Scott's expectations about how big a group he will be allowed to bring to each of these events.
Right now, he's got 3 members of his family, and about 6 staff people - so about 10 total in the group. I am completely fine telling Scott that all the staff cannot attend certain of these events, just let me know.

Everybody can attend the Masses.
As for all the private tours, I would suggest Scott, his 3 family members, and 3 staff for each.
The meetings with the Cardinals need to be kept quite small. 1 or 2 staff at most. Dinner with Cardinals I would say family and 1 or 2 staff.
