McCREA, EEI NOVEMBER 3, 1989 I took a telephone call from Larry Brown, an attorney in the office of the General Counsel of Edison Electric Institute (EEI) who informed me that the defendants are planning to examine documents at EEI's offices on Monday, November 6, 1989. EEI will make copies of everything the defendants take away. Brown called to find out whether we wanted copies. I told him we did. He also informed me that a deposition had been set for the week of November 27th but that the date had not yet been decided upon. The person to be deposed probably will be Fred I.
