Spraul - G2WF Texas City Plant File A comprehensive plant industrial hygiene (IH) follow-up evaluation was conducted at the Texas City, Tex s Plant on February 28 - March 1, 1984, with Dan Campbell, Ray Moore, George Kusick, and Lorris Williams by Steve Paul (DMEH/MFI Field IH). Attached are the resulting comments and recommendations. The intent of the Follow-up IH Evaluation is to review the DMEH IH Program Evaluation Guide completed in early 1982 to determine significant program changes, to review the current status of the comments and recommendations prepared by DMEH and MCI following the initial program evaluation; to deter mine the effectiveness of the plant IH program in operating areas, and to determine current status with Worldwide Environmental Protection Guideline Number 4. It is advisable to maintain areas of program strength and to consider other comments and recommendations to identify future IH action a reas. after considering the recommendations in this report, DMEH and MFI request your position/plans to address each item. Particularly, we are interested in your priorities and schedule for 1984 and 1985. Further follow-up evaluations are scheduled at Texas City on a biennial basis.
