The line was located on S-5 precipitron. Mr. Greenlee stripped six feet of insulation from a two-inch steam line outside the precipitron and twenty feet of insulation from the line inside the precipitron. Mr. Greenlee wore a respirator, gloves, paper suit and hood while per forming his work and during the cleanup operation. The area was barri caded and a sign posted. Please inform IH Department of the next stripping job in this area and inform Mr. Greenlee of his exposure. Please note the change in OSHA standard from 2 fibers/cc to .5 fibers/cc. WORK BY: Mark E.
