The NIEC contains an Air Traffic Suite, a Cockpit Simulator, Unmanned Aircraft System Suite, and Tower Simulation area. The NIEC is currently being used to explore how Advanced Air Mobility operations can be safely introduced into industry's preferred initial operating locations, including Houston and Los Angeles.
